Flippin' Lacrosse...

Comments:
I had it all planned out to do my tempo on the track today (I had my splits ready and everything) only to find out that there was a lacrosse game on the turf so I couldn't use the track. Lame. I ended up doing it on the road instead, so I didn't know where the miles were and I had to do 20 mins at FIRE instead. According to mapmyrun I got about 3.1 miles in during the 20mins. I felt like I could have gone on forever though, it was awesome. I also tried to be progressive, but I really have no idea what my splits were.
