I ran for 6 minutes. Gradually increasing my speed. Just to get the blood pumping and to help break in my new shoes. Then I did 115 reps total with different positions. I was at 120 pounds for my legs for 15. Did 30 for my bicep area at 85 pounds. Did about 15 for my shoulders at 85 pounds. 30 more on my bicep area. Then 15 for my legs. Then I was done.
