Getting lost always makes the run go faster

Comments:
the run kind of breezed by, it went really fast, even the first part before i started getting lost. I felt good the whole way too, although after i was done i couldn't raise my arms to the side because they were so tired and i think just stuck in the running position. ankle started hurting a bit towards the end, i guess hopping on a trail after running 11 miles wasn't the smartest thing in the world, but the other 11 went pretty well. I had mapped out a sweet 12 miler that would have finished with a nice uphill and been nice, but then i got totally lost up past warrensville center on shelbourne, so i ended up adding the extra mile up there and cut off the little loop that included the hill at the end. oh well, it's been that kind of week i guess.

fairmount, wvc, shelbourne, several other unmarked streets that i now don't remember, past green, more roads, shaker, sp, wp, fairhill, mlk, np

made a full breakfast after and it was delicious although i wasn't that hungry and only ate 2 of the blueberry muffins. but i like blueberry muffins very much because they are yummy in my tummy.
