Exercise Type: Run

At Case's track, 5*1000, 3:15, 3:05, 3:12 as I was pulling up. Calf strain at the end of the 3rd 1000. left leg where I had been complaining on and off about left achilles/calf soreness. Probably won't run again until August. Oh well. Although I did meet a guy named Mark at the track who just graduated from ONU as one of their top runners and is looking to hop on as an assistant with Lanese. He seemed cool.
