Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Jogged around for 25 minutes, 10 "hill sprints", 5 min. cool down. The hill I ended up using was a lot smaller than I remembered it being, so the sprints were more flat with a little bump at the end. Still felt great though. Turn over felt real sharp! Some kid raced me on his bike on #8. Owned that bitch.
