Way too damn early

Comments:
I met Justine to run this morning at 5:15! The sun wasn't even up yet. We did a loop around Fairborn and watched the sun rise which was actually awesome and beautiful! Then after the run (like around 6:30) I felt like it was so late in the day, it was strange. I went home and finally did hip and upper body exercises.
Hips:
10 clams
lateral leg raise
donkey kicks
donkey whips
fire hydrant
knee circle, forward
knee circle, backward
hurdle trail leg, forward
hurdle trail leg, backward
lateral leg swing
linear leg swing
linear leg swing, bent knee
Upper body:
20 pushups, 1+4 chin ups, 20 bench dips
20 pushups, 2 pull+1 chin up, 15 bench dips
Abs and stretching
Even though it was ridiculously early, that was a solid way to start the day
