Weather: Very hot and very humid
Comments:
During the first mile of my run I had a furry companion to run with. It was a black dog with two eyes with different colors that was very friendly and ran with me for about 1/4 mile. He made that first mile very enjoyable and he kept up with me pretty well. So I say thank you to the random dog that ran with me on this hot Alabama morning.
