Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run at Rocky River with Ethan and Tim. Great weather, great trails, great run. Actually went around 15.5 (not 15 as the title suggests), but its still the longest run of...my life.

First 10 went by quickly, I noticed the next 5.5.

Felt good, started out slower (probably around 7:30 pace), finished a little faster (sub 7:00) but I'm really tired now.
