Weather: cool but apparently like 90% humidity
Comments:
Ran after dinner with Taylor in Solon: oak view straight through to the track, a lap around the track and then back. we took a little stretching pause on the field, which was a good idea because it gave me a little extra time to digest--badly needed. the way back was a lot faster, due to me not feeling disgustingly full, and running on the roads rather than grass. i like running at night :) and it's always fun to go back and see the high school track.
