Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Spend the run feeling like a Native American (what is politically correct nowadays?) because it was my mode of transportation to a destination. Who needs cars when you've got legs? The only negative was that I had to use the roads. I swear, after 6 years, trail running still feels underrated.
