Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This is the destination I was talking about. Went for an hour run and then played an hour of frisbee (again, ultimate frisbee, not "let's throw around a frisbee and not sweat"). I figured this could substitute for strides. Since my estimate on Sunday was 4 miles for 2 hours of frisbee, I'll chop this one in half.
