Went to the orthopedic doctor today for my knee finally (specialists are really hard to get appointments with). The report: nothing wrong structurally, but I've got a lot of scar tissue where I knocked my knee on the steeplechase barrier. I'm doing PT the rest of the summer, but I still have to keep my mileage down, which is definitely a downer (pun intended). We'll trust my stationary bike on this one. I averaged 18 miles an hour if anyone is interested.
