Super Slow Run after Strength

Weather: hot but not sunny

Comments:
I did a bunch of strength work this morning, including as much as I could remember of pushup rotation three times, with superpeople in between, planks, dying bug, some pilates, and clams and stuff. Then I went for a really slow run with my dad. The inside of my left knee was hurting at the beginning, which I've noticed after running recently. By the end of the run I barely felt it, although afterwards, now 3 hours later it is hurting when I walk. Probably nothing though. In good news, my hip felt a lot better today!
