3x800m with gradual incline, downhill and uphill (start at brunswick st. by PPD) @ 3:06, 3:01, 2:56; 400m jog plus extra hill; 4 sets of stairs @ PPD parking deck; good workout, felt nice for it to be cooler in the morning!
