House 2 through campus up NP, turned right on Coventry -> Huntington -> Aldersyde past Shaker Heights HS -> Lee -> Shaker -> Eaton and back Shelburne to NP, left on Coventry and back on Fairhill to MLK to Ambleside to Euclid to House 2. Stretched, pushups and abs afterwards.

great run, cut the pace down throughout the run started around 6:45's ended around 6:00's coming back on Eaton and down Fairhill then cut it down to about 3k pace on Euclid from Mayfield to E. 116th.

Slight knee pain at around 44:00 that didn't get worse for the rest of the run. Fine now an hour later.
