easy run to the lake

Weather: warm, quite humid

Comments:
felt really good, esp considering how difficult it was to drag my ass out the door. I think the 10mi did my body goood, getting used to being on my feet for that long is going to make mid-distance runs a whole lot easier.

Didn't feel as good on the way back, but was almost even split.
