Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was planning on taking an easy day because moving in any direction at all is incredibly painful right now. But then halfway through my run I was going at a solid pace so I decided to make it my steady state run for the week. It turned out really well but I don't think that's good mentally. I need to work on actually preparing for races/workouts instead of deciding halfway through to try.
Played some tennis too!
