Comments:
Did some weights and some isolation exercises to keep strengthening around my knee. It has been feeling much better as of late. Satisfied with the progress so far. PT thinks my right quad atrophied a little bit, so I'm working on that. Really sore after the session though, so I decided not to go out for a run.
