Comments:
Don't know why, but I felt SO good today. I went for an out-and-back run. Went out in 30 and came back in 24. All at a nice aerobic pace too. I felt really light on my feet, and powered up the hills. Definitely uplifted my spirits after some training disappointment thus far.
