Comments:
I went to the weight room at gds and did the stationary bike. then when I got home, I did a bunch of strength work:planks, 1:00 each side; leg lifts, 15 per side; push up rotation, 3 per type, 3 times, with 100 russian twists with a 5 pound weight in between. then crunch progression 30 seconds per type with 20 push-ups in between. then I did some squats. Thanks zeke. conclusion: I really need to get better at push-ups.
