Comments:
Decided to try out my knee on some harder running. Took the majority of the first part of the run in order to warm up some still quad muscles. First pickup felt good. Even breathing, the works. Second pickup tired me out a bit. I focused on my form, and I think I pumped it out pretty well for a short threshold run.
