Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran by myself. felt good at times, but towards the end my legs hurt and i just wanted to be done. i don't think i was hydrated enough or had eaten enough during the day. first time in a while that i've felt so tired during a long run, so i guess that's good. i always look back to those runs during past summers and feel like that's where i get a lot of strength and determination, mentally and physically. so today was a success, and even longer/faster than i intended.
