Comments:
WU - NRV, lunge matrix
4*4:00, 1*2:00, 2:00rest. goal - run 1200 for the 4minute intervals and 600+ for the 2minute interval.
CD - NRV

Ran mainly with Craig today. The rain stopped for the workout which was nice. 5:20pace didn't feel too taxing, good for a base-building teaser workout. This workout was also different (read: better) because rest intervals were a controlled time interval and not "jog a 400 in around 4 minutes." Probably underestimated the WU and CD mileage.
