Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 miles up at Scioto Ridge into pickups with 2 minutes recovery. Went along bikepath to middle school track. Felt like most of them were 5:10-5:20, got the last one at a little under 5:00 pace on the track. Still pretty slow for the bulk of the workout, but at least my breathing was very controlled. Legs will come around, need to start doing strides (and core for that matter, I have love handles). 9 minute cooldown. Want to double but busy busy week with work and mom/dad moving.
