Weather: warm, sunny

Comments:
First part of a double session so we warmed-up and stretched and then only ran 3 more miles. I ran them on the track. I felt pretty good and was going pretty fast, didn't time it though. Afterward we went up to the wight room and I did some bench then biked again.
