Weather: Clear, Hot, Humid
Comments:
Ate a lot of food right before practice and felt weird during the first part of the run. I was also very sore from the weight room earlier in the day. My run consisted of 1 mile on the track and 2.5 on the black path. After the run we did some tough ab work. I found a cicada too, so that was a plus.
