Weather: warm, sunny
Comments:
We warmed-up by running the middle mile of the course. Then we stretched and did the 2-1-1-30-30-30 thing twice. I got about the same distance both times and felt pretty good. After that we did 5 30 second strides on the field barefoot. Then I did a slow, mile cooldown on the track. After that I stretched some more and then Dakota and I went and rode the bikes.
