Comments:
Started with a 4 mile run, no warmup. Run consisted of middle mile of the course, across sayles and back, then a mile on the track. at the turn around across sayles i had to start walking for a bit. after a lap on the track i was too tired and stopped. After finishing went to do ab exercises
