Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was a good recovery run after yesterdays hard excursion in the heat! It took 2miles to get the blood going and muscles loose but then I just tried to maintain a good stride.
This has been a great month and mixing consistency with a few harder and longer runs is a good start! I did do a light 1:30 cool down just to stretch the run out to 30mins.
