We did a blind fartlek today at the farm. Got a little lost on the warm up so ended up doing extra. I was in group 1..my goal is to stay there. It wasn't bad at the beginning. The longer intervals were pretty rough. I was lagging near the back, but focused on surging at least a little every time I felt tired. I need to do that more. We did two rounds of 7 timed intervals, ranging from 30 seconds to 2:30 or 3:00 I think. stretching and abs
