Mile warm up on track in just compression shorts, all the girls enjoying the view
3.1 mile on the 25 turn run. Turned wrong way on Washington
Felt pretty good afterwards, calves weren't as much as a problem. Went Into weight room and I leg pressed 365lbs or 3.65 Wilsons
