I guess the best way to get back down from off the road is indeed the rim trail. Otherwise, we keep going until Stonequarry, or down Danby road past IC. Going down was an awful knee-breaker though. I went up SB a tad slow, but I kept it constant the whole time, and thought hard about getting my knees up. Like our Final Cass workout, we should do a hill workout by running to SB and doing hills and then going back. It’s pretty scary to see some of those big trucks parked right up in front of you. You’d better hope to high helix that their parking brakes stay functional, or you’re toast. I also hit every single light on the way back. That was more painful than anything else.

Ugggh, RL has gone down for me yet again. I hope T2 isn't toast. It looks like I'm back on GDocs.
