Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Some fears are rational, and others are irrational. However, all of them are real.
Comments:
My hamstrings really hurt today. I abbreviated with Tristan, and I’m cutting out the double. I totally forgot my watch too, so the time is a bit of a guess. I got an ice bath in afterwards, and showed the freshmen where the teamroom was. I still am not sure sure about the divider between slowly onset injury pain, and just good old fatigue. The trick though, is not learning from experience.
School starts soon, uggh. I need to take all my running stuff out of my backpack, and maybe start using a bucket to carry things instead of that cornell bag. Buckets are pretty great, as they can't tear, and they hold water. However, I must not mix up which is the dry bucket, and which is the wet one.
