Weather: hot, partly cloudy
Comments:
I showed up 20 minutes late because I thought practice started at 3:45. I warmed-up kinda fast, and did an abbreviated stretching routine. Then I ran the course at a decent pace with Elijah. On the second hill, we sped up and went as fast as we could. I felt pretty good during it but the heat sucked. After that we cooled down on the track. Then we did some abs on the football field. After that we biked.
