I ran with Julio and Fernando at the Polo Fields. It was a nice cool day with a small head wind on one of the straight aways. Felt good and smooth for the tempo ran on my own the whole but that was okay. We did drills and strides beforehand as well. The splits for my four miles were: (5:30,5:34,5:30,5:26)
