Ran with the Maine South camp again today. This was my first real workout of the season, cause before this I've been doing nothing but base work. I felt really good, and was way ahead of everyone except Udzy, who finished with me on the fast ones, the whole workout. Also, I felt like the ridiculously long grass slowed us down a lot, cause when we finished our cooldown on the track, I suddenly felt like I was moving twice as fast. Overall I was pretty satisfied with today and my training so far this summer, so hopefully this keeps up.
Also, after running 14 northfields (the boring as shit square loop our home course is on) today, I was ready to kill myself.
