Comments:
5x1200 workout. Was a little less than a 12. I honestly don't remember my times exactly because I didn't record them to my watch but the first one was slow at 4:53 then the rest were high 4:30's(last 1 or 2) and 4:40's. Didn't feel as relaxed compared to the 1000 workout but still felt good.
