Weather: Nice, slight chill

Comments:
We (Aidan, Zeke, Tristan and moi) did two "1200m" loops at Fort Reno with recovery of about 2:30, followed by a "2400m" pickup, doing the loop around the grounds twice in a row. It was meant to simulate running in a cross country race, dealing with uneven footing and recovering quickly from hills. It achieved all those goals quite effectively. I performed pretty poorly--4:34, 4:47, 9:59 (5:06, 4:53)--and am not happy with it at all. I felt like I could not get loose during the warmup and heavy legged during the workout itself. Boardman showed up to watch.
