Comments:
Wanted to judge where I was at for a PT test so I ran a 2 mile time trial. I paced myself to run a 14 flat. Went through the first mile at 6:58 and decided not to look at my watch at all on the way back and just keep pushing myself. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in with a negative split of 25 seconds for that second mile!
