Weather: sunny, perfect

Pretty pumped from the olympic trials yesterday, the 5k was good and thanks to nick symmonds i can nonw officially say that i have trained with and raced against (at least i was on the track at the same time as) an olympian. ankle hurt a little to start, but then got better as the run went on, kind of backwards to what it usually is. the pace picked up on the way back, but still comfortable, so i was pretty pleased with two great days in a row, then i went in to see the trainer and she pretty much said to stop running, so now i'm definitely in a pissy mood. this cross training and taking time off shit better work really fast or i'm going to be in an even pissier mood.

8.4er plus added a bit to those soccer fields.

down to the trainer, did some new stuff, then meeting with coach and back up to the house for ups.
