Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This run felt much better. They let me lead on a couple-mile-long downhill trail segment, and it was glorious. Sore left knee at the end from the spurts of pavement. I'm never going to be able to handle hard surfaces.

My running log is so pathetic. It has basically become a means of ensuring that I'm getting enough exercise so that I won't become diabetic or something like that.
