Comments:
On IM fields: 1600, 1.5mi tempo, 800, 1.5mi tempo, 400. Felt great during this workout. Definitely loved the intervals being on the IM fields. It was a nice break for my beaten up shins. I also discovered that almonds give you super powers. I'm pretty sure I was literally on a high the entire workout from eating those things...
