Exercise Type: Run

Went a bit far easy day tomorrow. First workout in a while. One Steeple per lap didnt know the times. Felt very good and can definately build from here.

1000 (400 jog)
600 (400 jog)
400 (200 jog)
200 (200 jog)
200 (800 jog between sets)

Wanted to do more but coach said no, probably for the best. Was something liek 2.3 warmup, then track stuff with striders, then 5 cooldown with some striders after.
