Comments:
This run started off OK. Was really hot which I felt really hampered my ability. For the first half our I felt I was really running on my forefront up on my toes because the back of my achilles tendons were aching badly. So I took it down a notch for a solid 2.5km. More walking breaks than I would have liked. Had trouble getting in the zone. However the last 3km I really hit my stride. Definitely the last 1.5 I pushed it hard. Probably around 5:50 to 6:10. Just ran out all my frustrations, overall I would give this a 7.
