Weather: warm, sunny
Comments:
We warmed-up and stretched. Then I did the black trail twice with emphasis on trail. Every mile starting at the .5 mile mark I would burst for roughly 40 seconds. I felt alright during it, a little tired but not bad at all. Afterward we did some abs and then biked.
