Lunchtime Training Run at Work

Weather: Upper 70s and partly cloudy

Building 27 cafeteria to 156th, to 40th, to Bel-Red, to 156th, to building 27 cafeteria.

My heart rate didn't get as high as I expected coming up Bel-Red, but man were my legs burning.

Scheduled the initial evaluation for the Pro Club's performance center yesterday. I need to make sure to stretch every day for the next week in hopes of not being utterly embarrassed by my flexibility.
