ladder: 30sec hard, 2 min easy, 45, 1min, 1:30, 1:45, 2min, 2min, back down
5 min cool down
this was incredibly tough, mentally and physically. I think it's the most I've challenged myself in a while and it worried me a little that it was so tough. I wasn't too positive. I need to work on that so I can come out strong at Oberlin.
