Fucked up my knee a little bit climbing on Saturday, so I'd been limping around the past couple days. Felt better today, so got back out there. Bad run, though I think it's more to do with taking a week and half off than the knee. No issues or pain during the run. The chili dog I ate for lunch didn't help. Regular Bucyrus loop
