Comments:
This run felt pretty damn good. Had sheer determination on my side and the weather was just perfect. no walking breaks at all! Just stayed super focus, all out almost the whole time probably 65%. Had really bad pains in my calves though and achilles tendons, pushed through it though! Even steadily climbed a large hill (leading to the Rideau Trail). Feel good overall, 9/10. Only nine because of the pain in my legs.
