Comments:
Not wanting to succumb to feelings of laziness and inadequacy, I set out for a half hour, with my fancy new Garmin, which conspired to reinforce those very feelings. I felt I had been running at a cruise effort for part of the run and it told me that meant eight minute pace. That could not have happened at a worse moment. Zeke said it was because I ran in trails that the watch simply cut out that part of the run. Partial Boardman core routine with 3x20 supermen, 20 calf raises and 40 squats. The cough is almost gone, but still persists.
